The 2021/2 Global Education Monitoring (GEM) Report on non-state actors will launch on 10 December, 2021 with a global event taking place at the RewirEd Summit on Sunday, 12 December. Entitled ‘Who chooses, who loses?’ the 2021/2 GEM Report provides a balanced and informed global take on the theme of non-state actors in education; it concludes with evidence-based recommendations that will enhance good practices in policies, laws and regulations and which guarantee that engagement with non-state actors does not jeopardize equity and quality goals in education.
